The National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) specifies its Strategy and Quality Policy at the level of quality assurance and continuous quality improvement through a set of time-bound qualitative and quantitative objectives. These objectives are measured, assessed, and periodically reviewed within the framework of the operation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS), ensuring coherence between strategic planning, the mission, and the institutional functions of the University.
This process aims to establish clear and well-documented objectives for the continuous improvement of:
-
Study Programmes and the learning process,
-
Research and innovation activities, and
-
Administrative services, infrastructure, and human resources of the University.
The process is shaped through consultation and feedback mechanisms and is monitored through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reflect the effectiveness of educational, research, and administrative functions. These indicators support evidence-based decision-making and the assessment of progress towards the strategic priorities of NTUA.
