The information systems supporting the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes include the Quality Data Management System of the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHE), as well as the information systems of the Quality Assurance Unit (MODIP) of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). These systems are used for the collection, recording, processing, and monitoring of data related to internal and external evaluation, the documentation of quality assurance processes, and the support of decision-making.

The use of these information systems is governed by established procedures and supported by user manuals and guidelines, which ensure their consistent and appropriate use by the competent bodies and academic units involved.
