The information systems supporting the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes include the Quality Data Management System of the HQA (Hellenic Quality Assurance and Accreditation Agency), as well as the information systems of the Quality Assurance Unit (MODIP) of the National Technical University of Athens. These systems are utilized for the collection, recording, processing, and monitoring of data related to internal and external evaluation, documentation of procedures, and support of decision-making processes.

The use of these information systems is governed by established procedures and is supported by manuals and user guides, which ensure their uniform and correct application by the involved bodies and academic units.
