Course Evaluation Questionnaires
The process of evaluating courses for the winter and spring semesters by undergraduate and postgraduate students is available via the portal: e‑sec.ntua.gr.
Participation is highly important, as it contributes to the improvement of teaching quality and the overall educational experience. Students have the opportunity to express their opinions and contribute to the continuous enhancement of courses and academic practices.
The evaluation is completely anonymous, and no personal data or information that could identify users is stored.
Access is through the student portal (Portal), by selecting: Evaluation → Questionnaires → Student Information → My Courses.
The start and end dates of the evaluation process are communicated by email from the Student Records Support Team, Subdivision of Operational Applications and Administrative Support.
Student Satisfaction Questionnaire
This questionnaire is addressed to all students and aims to collect opinions and suggestions regarding the quality of services and the overall experience of studying at NTUA.
Responses are fully confidential and are used exclusively by QAU within the framework of the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS). Data is stored securely and anonymously through encryption.
Participation is crucial for the continuous improvement of student life.

Form for Submitting Suggestions for Infrastructure Improvement
This form aims to gather proposals and observations for the improvement of NTUA infrastructure. All responses are confidential and used solely for improvement purposes.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACADEMIC STAFF FEEDBACK
Staff Satisfaction Questionnaire
The questionnaire is conducted annually and collects the opinions of administrative and academic staff regarding the services provided by QAU and NTUA.
Responses are fully confidential, used by QAU for IQAS purposes, and are not shared with third parties. Data is kept anonymous and stored securely via encryption.
