The Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) is applied to all functions and activities of the Institution, ensuring the continuous improvement of the quality of education, research, and the services provided.
The certification of the IQAS is conducted periodically by the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHE), in accordance with the relevant quality standard, which is aligned with the principles of the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
The certification process documents the effectiveness of the system through the establishment of clear objectives, systematic evaluation, the implementation of corrective actions, and the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.
