Structure and Responsibilities of the Internal Evaluation Group (OMEA)
To enhance cooperation between the Quality Assurance Unit (MODIP) and the Schools of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), an Internal Evaluation Group (OMEA) is established in each School. The Group consists of five (5) faculty members, one of whom is appointed as Chair of OMEA. OMEA is established by decision of the Quality Assurance Committee, following a recommendation by the General Assembly of the respective School.
The term of office of each School’s OMEA is two years.
The purpose of the Internal Evaluation Group (OMEA) is to collect and process data related to the School’s quality assurance activities. OMEA is responsible for conducting evaluations aimed at improving the services provided and enhancing the educational process.
Documents are submitted to the Quality Assurance Unit (MODIP) through the Chair of OMEA.
